Hacking Sleep: Lights On – May 5th, 2016

With an ungodly amount of writing due and a hectic day job, I have to cut down my sleep to 4 hours a night or less. How do I do it?

I sleep with the lights on.


Is it unhealthy? Probably. Am I reaping diminishing results? Yes. Is it working? Sort of. But I’m on deadline, so don’t judge me too harshly.
